Usage

d_gamma(rate, shape, dist_init = FALSE)

Arguments

rate

rate parameter of a gamma distribution

shape

shape parameter of a gamma distribution

dist_init

whether to distribute initial value across subcompartments following this distribution.

Value

a Distribution object for simulator
